You can order the products you are interested in by using one of the following ways of ordering at

Browse our online shop, search for the products you are interested in, put them in your cart by selecting “Add to Cart”, fill in your details, select payment method and confirm your order and the products will be soon near you.

2. Order by phone

Although we have taken care to inform you about any product unavailability, there is the possibility of an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product. In this case, our representative will contact you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible to inform you if the product is just in a temporary shortage. If the product you have chosen is permanently missing or abolished then we will again contact you to agree to the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order without charge and refund the money that has been paid as soon as possible.


Our online store has the following payment methods:

  • Card: Card transactions are made in the safe environment of PayPal.
  • PayPal: One of the safest ways to pay worldwide, here you can pay with either PayPal account or card.
  • Cash On Delivery: There is an extra charge of 2.00 € in the case of Cash On Delivery (Payment upon Delivery).


We only deliver in Greece and shipping is made via Geniki Post.  In the case of Cash On Delivery, there is an additional charge of 2.00 €.


You can return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days at no cost if you replace it with another size or product.

Products to be reimbursed should:

  • Be in the original delivery status and including packaging.
  • Not used
  • To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product not later than after ten (10) calendar days.
  • Have telephone number, email or written communication about your intention.
  • To be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or invoice.

Returns without replacing the order
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with someone else, you will need to file a Return Request within 14 days of the date of receipt Return Request form click here… Once your return has been made and we find that the product has not been used, you will be refunded.
The shipping and/or cash on delivery costs, as well as the return costs (% redrawn by the card company/paypal), are borne by the customer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so make sure they are properly packaged so they don’t get damaged on the return.
All goods will be inspected upon return to us.

If a product is returned in an inappropriate condition, we will send it back to you.

The company bears no responsibility for any products that have been returned to us damaged.

We strongly recommend that you keep the post/courier receipt until the return process is complete and you receive our email stating that we have received your return.
